RETURN POLICY

 Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Skye & Sage happily accepts returns for store credit only on FULL PRICED ITEMS. To qualify, returns must be post marked within 30-days of the purchase date. Skye & Sage gladly accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and defective merchandise.
  • Items that have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors are not returnable.
  • Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.
  • Damaged or defective items may be returned by contacting Customer Care at customercare@skyeandsage.com within 3 DAYS of delivery. See “Defective Items” below for more details.
  • With your return package, please include a slip with your name, order number and the reason for the return.

 

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please email customercare@skyeandsage.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your item to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • Skye & Sage is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to Skye & Sage is attempted.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. SALE ITEMS, FINAL SALE items, and anything discounted 30% or more are non-refundable.
  • Items that have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors are not returnable. Also, any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable. Any item that is returned and postmarked more than 30-days after purchase is non-returnable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to two weeks (10 Business Days) from the date your return is received for your refund to process. You'll receive an e-mail notification once the refund is processed.
  • Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank There is often some processing time before the refund posts to your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@skyeandsage.com.

 

Exchanges 

  • If you need a different size or wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund. All returns must follow Skye & Sage return policy. If the item you desire is still available you can purchase the size you need. 

 

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return based on the item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Shipping

  • *Please include a slip with your name, order number and the reason for the return.
  • Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Also, if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Skye & Sage does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once Skye & Sage has turned a package over to the USPS for shipping, Skye & Sage is no longer liable for lost, held, or damaged packages. Skye & Sage is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Skye & Sage customers purchase shipping service from the USPS, so any shipping issues or problems must be handled by the USPS.
